The ideal candidate will bring:
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with trade or accounting software such as Xero would be advantageous
· Excellent attention to detail, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills
· The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure
· The initiative to work independently and remain self-motivated
· A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute positively within a team environment
· A commitment to delivering high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and customers
· The ability to support business functions where safety is a key priority
· Previous experience in HR and/or Health & Safety would be beneficial
· A professional and approachable manner
