The Kentish Hotel is on the hunt for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help shape the next chapter of one of New Zealand’s most historic hotels.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who:

Has strong kitchen management and team leadership skills

Loves creating quality, consistent food

Can manage menus, stock, and food costs, IT savy

Thrives in a busy hospitality environment

Takes pride in mentoring and motivating a team
